New Exactal Office in London, the second for UK and the seventh worldwide
Exactal is pleased to announce the opening of a new UK office, based in London. The opening of the new office, located at 344-354 Gray’s Inn Road, ties in with the growing popularity of CostX® in the UK and Ireland regions. The new office will be the second for the UK, with the first established since 2008 in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. It will also be the seventh office worldwide and the third office opened this year.
CEO and Founder of Exactal, Mark Kefford, says of the new office:
"Our new London base will mean we are closer to our larger UK customers and have better access to a wide range of new prospects. London is the business and building hub of the UK so it is important that we have a presence there as we continue our international growth of the CostX® product range".
Recently appointed UK Sales Manager, James Villette, added "This heralds the start of an exciting time for Exactal and my placement in London will allow me to easily visit clients and contacts. CostX® is a comprehensive solution for companies requiring a 2D estimating solution now but it also provides an excellent BIM estimating solution in line with the UK Government’s regulations. Customers purchasing CostX® will have the best of both worlds for their estimating requirements now and in the future".

Established in Brisbane, Australia in 2003 to develop software specifically for the quantity surveying and estimating market, Exactal has continued to expand its worldwide presence and now has not only two offices in Australia (with the second in Melbourne) and two offices in the UK (London and Newcastle Upon Tyne), but also offices in New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong, with sales and channel partner support across much of the globe. The main product CostX® provides a unique integration between the cost estimates and the elements on the CAD drawings that the estimate represents. This approach allows fast revisions of drawings to be easily handled and eliminates traditional scope creep in construction projects.
