Exactal is pleased to announce the completion of its installation of a worldwide support system through its new IP based PABX. Customers seeking sales or technical support outside normal office hours for their local Exactal office are now able to be put through to any of the other offices around the world at no additional charge. Being able to access any of the offices in Australia, New Zealand or the UK will provides 19 hours support coverage to Exactal’s continually expanding customer base.

 

As a further commitment by Exactal to its new role as direct sales for the product in Australia, the company has now established a 1300 number to reduce the cost for prospective and existing customers wishing to make sales or support enquires. By dialling 1300 006 222 Australian customers will be able to gain access to Exactal regardless of their geographical location for the cost of a local call.
